A Windy Day

There I was, standing at the sink, doing the washing up and not thinking of much when

All these balloons blew over the 6 ft fence between the houses.  Made me jump, I can tell you.  And wonder WTF!?  So I went out.  I really hope the one year old girl whose balloons these were had finished with them.

It was a very windy day.  Half of the balloons made a break for it, and were last seen heading up towards the main road.  These ones got caught up in my mint patch, or perhaps they like my caterpillar and snail – who knows.

They are still there and it's been four days now.

The heartbreak that children experience when they lose a balloon in unbearable. Very cute pics, I love this!
